1. Biblook is run each time a lookup is done.  Changes to allow for
   biblook to stay running in the background would make things run
   much faster as biblook wouldn't have to reload geom.bix every
   time biblook is invoked.  This would also allow for the efficient
   caching tweaks inside of biblook would be utilized.

2. Fix problem mentioned in the "Bugs" section at the end of
   TkBiblook.README.

3. Make TkBiblook work under the Windows and MacOS port of Tcl/Tk.
   I will work on this as soon as Tcl7.5 and Tk4.1 are out of beta.

4. Create nicer looking popup messages and other nice little features.

5. Create an easier-to-read output panel for results of lookups.
   Currently, it is the raw bibtex input which is great for bibtex,
   but not for humans.

6. Make tkbiblook.tcl run without hardcoding the location of wish.

7. Make TkBiblook independent of the location of its image/help
   directory.

8. Allow for option of mouse-clicked selections in the result window
   to be saved instead of entire the results (sometimes not everything
   is wanted).

9. Clean up code.
