Arrange is a package written in C for maintaing arrangements of
polygons in either the plane or on the sphere.

The software was originally developed to compile and run on either a
DEC Alpha workstation or on a Decstation 3100. Compilation on other
systems may requre some adaptation.

This software may be used with no changes for many projects. However
it has been designed in a way that will allow others to easily modify
parts of the source code in order to customize the package if
necessary.

A full tech report chronicling this package is available in both
LaTeX format as well as in a PostScript version. (arrange.tex.gz &
arrange.ps.gz)
