## Direct-match strengths

Applied AI solution architecture, enterprise consulting, production delivery, operating models, change enablement, governance, and measurable AI outcomes.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard functional mismatch: technology pre-sales, commercial offering design, go-to-market strategy, pricing, P&L ownership, partnerships, and commercialization are central. Keith explicitly excludes GTM-centered roles. Work model is also unverifiable.

## Evidence map

1. AI solution architecture and delivery (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production AI and enterprise consulting evidence.
2. Cross-functional program leadership (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct engineering, data, cloud, product, and governance leadership.
3. Operating models and enablement (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct practice/community building and transformation experience.
4. Governance and change management (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct governance, privacy, and adoption evidence.
5. Pre-sales, GTM, pricing, and P&L (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Some founder exposure, but this is an excluded central mandate.
6. Work model (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No verifiable remote or Massachusetts designation.

AI Enablement and Innovative Solutions Lead
Director / Partner
ROLE SUMMARY
As an AI Innovation Solution Lead, you bridge the gap between emerging artificial intelligence technologies and enterprise business strategy, leading teams to design and scale production-ready AI solutions for clients. You operate at the intersection of business consulting, technology pre-sales, and applied engineering, helping clients move from AI experimentation to measurable business value by transforming research and emerging capabilities into commercial advisory offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Innovation & Commercialization:
Translate new artificial intelligence and machine learning research capabilities into scalable, client-facing commercial offerings.
Solution Architecture & Design:
Shape overall solution strategy, guide technical scoping, and design context-driven GenAI, machine learning, or agentic systems tailored to complex enterprise workflows.
Pre-Sales & Partnerships:
Participate in high-stakes discovery workshops, lead technical pre-sales discussions, and build relationships with external technology ecosystem partners.
Solution Offering Design & Commercialization:
Create targeted solution offerings and strategies for the market / our client base, technical partners to include commercial guardrails
Delivery & Value Tracking:
Oversee cross-functional teams of data scientists, strategists, and engineers to ensure solutions successfully land in production while instrumenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client impact.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience:
8+ years combined experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or enterprise AI/software product delivery, often with leadership track records.
Core Fluency:
Equal command of commercial strategy (go-to-market, P&L ownership, pricing) and technical depth (LLMs, cloud ecosystems like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure, agentic architectures, and data foundations).
Communication:
Exceptional executive-level communication and storytelling skills to present complex AI concepts clearly to both technical developers and non-technical C-suite stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
NICE TO HAVE
Prior experience owning a product or solution from pilot through scaled enterprise adoption.
Experience designing operating models, roles, decision rights, workflows, and cadences for new enterprise programs.
Change management experience on enterprise rollouts: setting adoption targets, measuring them, and driving enablement.
Governance, risk, or compliance exposure. Comfortable in rooms where privacy, legal, and controls stakeholders set policy.
Program leadership across multi-workstream client engagements.
