Akkodis is recruiting a Vice President of Data and AI for a full-time direct-hire leadership role with an undisclosed commercial real-estate client in Newton/Boston, Massachusetts.

The role owns enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI strategy. It is responsible for shaping data strategy, governance, data lake architecture, analytics delivery, Power BI / business intelligence capability, automation, and practical enterprise AI adoption.

The role is expected to build and direct a small organization across analytics, data engineering, and AI engineering. Requirements include 10+ years in data, analytics, or technology leadership; at least 3+ years in senior leadership; executive communication; stakeholder alignment; data governance; modern data architecture; AI/automation fluency; and the ability to convert fragmented business needs into reliable data and AI products.

Compensation reported in current search evidence is $210,000-$270,000 base plus a 30% annual bonus. The work model caveat is significant: four days per week onsite in Newton/Boston.
