## Direct-match strengths

AWS modernization, cloud-native architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, data platforms, security, governance, and technical leadership are strong.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard domain gap: the JD says Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Management, or a related environment is mandatory. Keith has insurance/financial-services exposure but no documented asset- or investment-management platform record. Direct leadership of a formal Solutions Architecture organization is also less explicit.

## Weighted evidence map

1. Enterprise solution architecture — 3/3: Direct enterprise architecture and advisory.
2. AWS modernization and migration — 3/3: Deep AWS and cloud-native delivery.
3. APIs, distributed systems, and integration — 3/3: Direct hands-on evidence.
4. Architecture standards and governance — 3/3: Direct AWS, MassMutual, and product-platform evidence.
5. Solutions Architecture team leadership — 2/3: Led architecture communities and engineering teams; formal SA department ownership is less direct.
6. Financial-services exposure — 2/3: MassMutual and AWS financial-services customers.
7. Asset/investment-management systems — 0/3: Mandatory specialty is unsupported.

## Keyword diagnostic

No resume generated. The technical architecture match is high, but mandatory investment-domain depth is unsupported.
