End-to-end digital transformation, AI and data strategy, operating-process redesign, consulting, executive advisory, implementation roadmaps, change management, startup scaling, and measurable value creation.

## Hard or material gaps

Direct venture-capital/private-equity portfolio operations are not documented, but the JD lists that background as highly beneficial rather than required. The firm is Asia-based, although the role itself is explicitly remote and lists no Pacific-time preference.

6. **VC/PE portfolio value creation** — weight 2, score 1/3: Transferable startup and advisory evidence, but no direct fund portfolio role.
7. **Remote and compensation constraints** — weight 2, score 3/3: Explicit U.S. remote role; VP title qualifies with undisclosed pay.
