## Direct-match strengths

AI engineering, data science, agentic AI, LLMs, workflow automation, Python, data extraction and enrichment, AI governance, multidisciplinary and offshore teams, executive communication, and insurance/financial-services experience.

## Hard or material gaps

Remote eligibility is unverified and remains a prominent caveat; PASS uses the 80%+ verification exception. P&C underwriting and claims-process experience is desired rather than required; Keith does not claim direct P&C underwriting or claims operations.

## Evidence map

1. 3+ years AI engineering (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production LLM, agent, RAG, and platform engineering.
2. 3+ years data science (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Long AI/ML, analytics, forecasting, data-platform, and applied-modeling experience.
3. 8+ years AI, data science, automation, or engineering (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Far exceeds the combined threshold.
4. Workflow analysis and business optimization (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Translated 20+ workflows into 70+ automations.
5. GenAI CoE and best practices (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Built global AWS technical communities and production AI standards.
6. Multidisciplinary and offshore leadership (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Led engineering organizations and an 18-person offshore team.
7. 5+ years Python (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Eight years of direct Python experience.
8. P&C process experience (weight 1, evidence 1/3) — Insurance governance is direct; underwriting and claims operations are not claimed.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong AI engineering, data science, Python, intelligent automation, workflow analysis, team leadership, executive communication, and GenAI CoE alignment; no unsupported P&C claim added.
