## Direct-match strengths

AI-enabled delivery, automation, analytics, platform modernization, Agile, delivery metrics, resource planning, quality, risk, budgets, and executive leadership.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard scale and verification gaps: the JD requires an enterprise/global delivery organization, delivery economics, utilization, profitability, commercial-model innovation, Lean/Six Sigma, and 18+ years of progressive delivery or professional-services leadership. Keith's delivery leadership is strong but not at this stated global commercial-delivery scope. No official company vacancy could be independently verified, and the exact generic title appears at unrelated employers. Remote eligibility is unverified.

## Evidence map

1. AI-enabled delivery transformation (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct automation and platform delivery.
2. Global delivery organization leadership (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Led distributed teams up to 25, not a global enterprise delivery function.
3. Delivery economics, utilization, and profitability (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Budget ownership is direct; commercial-delivery economics are not.
4. Lean and Six Sigma (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Not source-supported.
5. Verified employer and role (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No independent official vacancy found.
6. Eligible work model (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Remote status is not stated.

## Keyword diagnostic

Transferable AI delivery and operating leadership cannot replace required global commercial-delivery scale, Lean/Six Sigma depth, verified employer scope, or eligible work model.
