## Direct-match strengths

Application modernization, AI-assisted development, engineering leadership, RAG, MCP, governance, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and distributed teams.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard compensation-screen failure: the role discloses no annual range and carries a Manager title. The description is materially the same modernization mandate Keith previously overrode for AddSource, but that company-specific override does not automatically apply to this separate posting.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise application modernization (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct cloud-native modernization and platform delivery.
2. Lead cross-functional engineering teams (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct software, data, platform, security, QA, and product leadership.
3. AI-assisted development and AI-first SDLC (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct agentic coding and production engineering practice.
4. RAG, MCP, context engineering, and governance (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct current experience.
5. Microservices, APIs, events, DevOps, and CI/CD (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct architecture and implementation evidence.
6. 15+ years engineering and 5+ management (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Substantially exceeds both thresholds.
7. Eligible compensation evidence (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No range is disclosed for a Manager-title role.

## Keyword diagnostic

Near-direct modernization and AI-SDLC alignment; rejected solely by undisclosed compensation for a Manager title.
