## Direct-match strengths

Cloud-native modernization, AI-assisted development, engineering management, Agile execution, RAG, MCP, context engineering, governance, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, risk, and distributed-team leadership.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard compensation-screen failure: no annual range is disclosed and the title is Lead/Manager, while Keith only advances undisclosed-compensation roles titled Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or Chief. Remote eligibility is also unverified, although the high technical score would otherwise preserve it as a caveat.

## Evidence map

1. Own cloud-native modernization delivery (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct modernization, architecture, production, risk, and delivery ownership.
2. Lead distributed cross-functional engineering teams (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct teams spanning engineering, data, platform, QA, product, and security.
3. AI-assisted development tools (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct practical use of agentic coding and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
4. RAG, MCP, context engineering, and governance (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct current production experience.
5. Microservices, APIs, cloud, and event-driven systems (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct architecture and implementation evidence.
6. Agile, CI/CD, quality, release, and stakeholder management (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct accountable management and engineering practice.
7. Required leadership tenure (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Exceeds the engineering and management thresholds.
8. Eligible compensation evidence (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No range is disclosed for a Lead/Manager-title role.

## Keyword diagnostic

Near-direct modernization, AI-SDLC, architecture, governance, and engineering-leadership match; rejected by undisclosed compensation at Lead/Manager level.
