## Evidence map and direct-match strengths

Production agents, MCP-style tools, RAG, evaluation, observability, governance, client discovery, workflow mapping, implementation, controls, and regulated-enterprise experience.

## Hard or material gaps

The central mandate requires originating and closing complex engagements, pursuing revenue, managing pipeline and qualification, and leading a services sales motion. That conflicts with Keith's no-GTM preference. Compensation is also undisclosed for a title outside Keith's Director/VP/Chief exception.

## Full normalized job description

Company Description
Enabuild AI helps organizations turn agentic ideas into intelligent workflows, durable software, and outcomes that can be measured and assured. The practice is built around the work Above the Model: the integration, data quality, orchestration, governance, compliance, evaluation, and operating change that determine whether an agent becomes a trusted worker.
The Agentic Enablement Partner is the client-facing owner of that standard at the point of origination. Enable, Build, Assure, Agentic Lifecycle Engineering, and our Marketing team are colleagues in one system. Playbooks, qualification tools, and enablement assets exist to raise the quality of the conversation, not to industrialize a pitch. The Agentic Enablement Partner is expected to improve those assets from the field.
Enabuild.ai focuses on “Above the Model” Agentic Runtime Trust and Governance, which represents most of the value in agentic AI and enables the next generation of human-AI collaboration. The firm is dedicated to amplifying the human experience while achieving measurable business outcomes for clients. Candidates can learn more about Enabuild.ai and its work at www.Enabuild.ai.
Role Description
The Agentic Enablement Partner is a full-time, hybrid/remote/onsite role within the US. This role is responsible for working closely with clients to identify high-impact use cases for agentic AI and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. Day-to-day activities include facilitating discovery sessions, mapping workflows, and collaborating with technical teams to design and refine agentic AI architectures and “Above the Model” Agentic Runtime Trust and Governance framework engineered by Enabuild AI Agentic Lifecycle Engineering team.
The Agentic Enablement Partner must be an AI Practitioner who will guide stakeholders through production ready pilots and implementations, provide training and enablement resources, and help define governance and best practices to ensure responsible and secure deployment. The role also involves documenting learnings, contributing to playbooks and frameworks, and supporting ongoing optimization of human-AI collaboration across client organizations.
Qualifications
Experience in AI, digital transformation, or enterprise technology enablement, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical business solutions.
This role is for people who have already crossed a line: they use agentic systems in their own work, they have felt the difference between a clever prototype and a system that can be trusted, and they are unwilling to sell the former as the latter.
We are selecting for AI practitioners and serious operators who can hold a commercial conversation not for career sellers who have added “AI” to a territory plan. Domain depth in professional services, consulting, or managed services is necessary because the motion is services-led. Practitioner depth is necessary because the subject matter will expose anyone performing fluency.
The people who thrive here are commercially accountable and intellectually honest. They will pursue revenue. They will not manufacture demand that the operating model cannot absorb. They are comfortable in ambiguity, precise in writing, and calm when a client asks a question that a slide cannot answer.•
Qualifications that we are looking to partner with:
•   5 or more years in client facing professional services, consulting, or managed services, with a record of originating and closing complex, multi-phase engagements. Four years may be sufficient where the practitioner depth is exceptional and the services motion is proven.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent rigorous practice experience is considered but not required.
•   Demonstrated success structuring work that includes strategy, implementation, integration, and ongoing operation not only license or subscription transactions.
•   Active, current use of agentic AI in real work. This is not optional. Candidates should be able to describe agents they use or have helped design, how those agents fail, how they are evaluated, and what the surrounding operating model had to change.
•   Literacy across business, operating, and technical models: able to read a P&L and a process, and able to discuss architecture, data, controls, and evaluation at a level that architects and risk leaders will respect.
•   Evidence of having elevated a conversation from tools and features to work design, accountability, and measurable operating change.
•   Exceptional written and spoken precision. This role drafts statements of work, KPI definitions, and executive correspondence that will be used as operating documents.
•   Ability to navigate long cycles and senior rooms without becoming either deferential or theatrical.
Preferred qualifications
•   Direct experience selling or leading consulting and managed services in AI, data, automation, or adjacent technology domains for enterprise clients.
•   Industry depth in financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated or operationally dense environments where control quality is not optional.
•   Familiarity with CRM and commercial operations (Salesforce or equivalent) used as a discipline, not as a reporting theater.
•   Exposure to agentic scaffolding in production terms: orchestration and harnesses, MCP-style tool access, retrieval and structured-data reasoning, evaluation, observability, and identity-aware controls.
•   Experience defining operational metrics or control indicators that lived in a production process, not only in a business case.
Attributes we will select for
•   Practitioner integrity. Will not over-claim what an agent can do in an environment they have not inspected.
•   Commercial seriousness. Treats pipeline, qualification, and deal integrity as part of the craft, not as a concession to “being in sales.”
•   Systems patience. Can hold business, operating, and technical constraints in one design long enough to get them right.
•   Plain language. Can explain agentic work to an operator, a CFO, and a security architect without changing the underlying truth.
•   Collaborative authority. Influences delivery, product, and executive stakeholders without owning their functions.
•
Composure in live work. Agents fail in public. This role does not disappear when they do.
Compensation for the role includes base salary and target incentive, expressed as On-Target Earnings. The range associated with a given posting will vary with relevant experience, the depth of practitioner and services background, and geographic location. Incentive design should reward qualified, deliverable work and realized client outcomes not activity volume or logos collected.
