## Direct-match strengths

Keith has direct evidence in enterprise data analysis, KPI prioritization, multi-source data integration, AI/ML program delivery, cross-functional project leadership, and executive communication. At TriMark, he partnered with business and executive stakeholders to prioritize more than 50 analytics use cases and KPIs, delivered a data lake spanning 11 ERP systems, and reduced cross-ERP reporting from roughly two months to one day. He has also delivered multiple production AI and analytics platforms, led Agile work across complex stakeholder groups, advised more than 200 AWS enterprise customers, and supported government customers including the U.S. Departments of State and Education.

## Hard or material gaps

The disclosed $140,000-$150,000 salary range does not satisfy Keith's standing requirement that a relevant role's high end be at least $200,000. That compensation conflict is a hard fit-gate failure. The role is also materially below Keith's recent scope: it is an individual-contributor analyst/project-support position serving CAIO leadership, while Keith's recent background is Director/VP/founder-level leadership with ownership of teams, platforms, strategy, and delivery. The source files do not document direct Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, VA program support, or a current Public Trust clearance. These tool and federal-domain gaps are secondary to the compensation and level conflicts.

## Evidence map

1. **Perform data analysis and validate data from multiple sources** — weight 3, score 3/3: Direct evidence delivering enterprise data platforms, consolidating 11 heterogeneous ERP systems, and enabling cross-enterprise analytics.
2. **Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports** — weight 3, score 2/3: Direct KPI prioritization and executive-reporting outcomes, but no source-supported Power BI or Tableau implementation.
3. **Provide project/program management for complex multi-stakeholder initiatives** — weight 3, score 3/3: Direct evidence owning roadmaps, Agile delivery, cross-functional coordination, and production delivery for multiple enterprise AI, data, governance, and SaaS initiatives.
4. **Manage deliverables, dependencies, risks, actions, and deadlines** — weight 3, score 3/3: Direct, repeated strategy-through-production ownership across Intelligent DataWorks, SuccessKPI, TriMark, MassMutual, NorthBay, and AWS.
5. **Translate technical and analytical findings into executive recommendations** — weight 3, score 3/3: Direct executive advisory and communication evidence, including advising more than 200 AWS customers and presenting to senior leaders and industry audiences.
6. **Use Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI or similar tools** — weight 3, score 1/3: Broad analytical and executive-presentation experience is supported, but the definitive career source does not document Power BI, Tableau, or SharePoint use.
7. **Support AI/ML, data science, digital transformation, or emerging-technology programs** — weight 2, score 3/3: Direct, recent, outcome-backed evidence across GenAI, AI agents, RAG, AI governance, machine learning, analytics, and cloud transformation.
8. **Support federal or VA programs** — weight 1, score 2/3: Adjacent government experience through government customers and products used by the Departments of State and Education, but no direct VA or federal-agency staff role is documented.
9. **Obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust** — weight 3, score 1/3: No source-supported current clearance or prior suitability determination; no known conflict is documented.
10. **Operate as a flexible individual contributor across analytical, project, and operational support** — weight 2, score 1/3: Keith can perform the work, but his recent scope is substantially more senior and ownership-oriented, creating material overqualification and retention risk.

Weighted evidence score: 58/78 = 74%. The raw score is BORDERLINE, but the compensation conflict is a hard gap, so the final fit outcome is FAIL.
