About the Role

This is an engineering leadership role for an AI practitioner who has moved into management without losing their technical edge. You lead from the front — reviewing architecture, unblocking engineers, holding a high bar for quality, and driving delivery across LLM, RAG, and agentic engineering workstreams. You use Claude Code and AI-DLC practices daily — and you teach your team to do the same. This is a direct placement — the selected candidate joins the client full-time.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years in an AI engineering management or team lead role

Deep hands-on AI expertise — LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, Claude, or OpenAI
