## Direct-match strengths

Enterprise AI strategy and governance, portfolio prioritization, platform operations, FinOps and budget controls, intake and stage gates, responsible AI, security/privacy review, vendor management, executive dashboards, team leadership, and measurable value realization.

## Hard or material gaps

Remote eligibility is unverified and must be confirmed. Keith has direct OpenAI, AWS, governance, cloud-cost, portfolio, and team leadership evidence, but does not document deep administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or ServiceNow demand workflows.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise AI strategy, operating model, portfolio, and governance cadence (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Owned enterprise AI/data strategies, roadmaps, governance, investment priorities, and delivery operating models.
2. AI platform administration and consumption controls (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Direct OpenAI/LLM, AWS, model-routing, access, usage, and cost controls; Microsoft 365 Copilot administration is not documented.
3. FinOps, licensing, budgets, and chargeback controls (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Owned budgets up to $900,000 plus cloud cost, vendor, model-routing, and consumption decisions.
4. Use-case intake, stage gates, prioritization, and benefits realization (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Prioritized 50+ enterprise use cases and managed governance, risk, delivery, KPIs, and realized outcomes.
5. Security, privacy, Responsible AI, risk, and compliance (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Led five enterprise privacy and AI-governance initiatives plus model-risk and auditability practices.
6. Lead managers and senior contributors (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Built and led organizations up to 25, including managers, with performance and budget accountability.
7. Vendor management and executive dashboards (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct vendor/build-versus-buy decisions and executive reporting on delivery, risk, adoption, reliability, and value.

## Keyword diagnostic

Exceptional enterprise AI governance, operating-model, portfolio, financial-control, platform, risk, executive-reporting, vendor, and organization-leadership alignment; Microsoft 365 Copilot and ServiceNow administration remain partial.
