About the Role
We're looking for a
Director of Analytics
to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of a modern analytics ecosystem that supports both internal stakeholders and customer-facing data products.
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership. You'll lead a team of analytics professionals, drive modernization initiatives, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and help shape AI-powered analytics experiences used by customers worldwide.
What You'll Do
Define and execute the analytics strategy, roadmap, and technical vision.
Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers and reporting professionals.
Own architecture decisions related to analytics platforms, data modeling, and semantic layers.
Drive modernization efforts across analytics infrastructure, reporting, and data products.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable, customer-facing analytics solutions.
Lead the development of self-service and embedded analytics capabilities.
Drive AI-powered analytics initiatives, including conversational and natural language experiences.
