## Direct-match strengths

Contact-center technology, Amazon Connect, Genesys, conversational and agentic AI, voice navigation, workflow orchestration, cloud-native platforms, APIs, integrations, product roadmaps, Agile delivery, KPIs, executive influence, and team leadership.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard required-domain/platform gaps: five years focused on IVR and voice automation plus deep hands-on enterprise IVR platform experience are mandatory. Keith has contact-center platform integrations and current voice-driven AI work, but not five years owning IVR/telephony/SIP or modernizing legacy IVR estates. The end employer is unidentified.

## Evidence map

1. 8+ years product or technology leadership (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Far exceeds the threshold.
2. 5+ years IVR and voice automation (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Recent voice-driven AI and contact-center work; five years of IVR ownership is unsupported.
3. Deep enterprise IVR platform experience (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Amazon Connect and Genesys integrations are direct; deep IVR platform ownership is not.
4. GenAI and agentic conversational experiences (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production agentic assistant, voice navigation, RAG, and orchestration work.
5. Telephony, SIP, routing, and deflection (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Scheduling/contact-center integration is direct; SIP and IVR deflection ownership are unsupported.
6. Roadmaps, Agile, KPIs, and cross-functional delivery (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct product/engineering roadmaps, Agile delivery, metrics, and stakeholder leadership.
7. Product-team leadership (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Strong engineering/team leadership and product management; dedicated product-team scope is less direct.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong contact-center, conversational AI, voice, cloud, API, product, and leadership adjacency; mandatory IVR tenure, telephony depth, and dedicated product-team scope are unsupported.
