## Direct-match strengths

Agentic-AI adoption, executive enablement, training, communications, operating models, change leadership, metrics, and enterprise transformation.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard compensation conflict: the disclosed maximum is below $200,000. The role is also centered on organizational-change consulting and Prosci/ADKAR methods rather than AI engineering leadership, and it targets 3-6+ years, creating material overqualification risk.

## Evidence map

1. Agentic-AI change enablement (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Direct adoption and enablement work; less dedicated change-methodology depth.
2. Executive coaching and communications (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct executive advisory and enablement.
3. Prosci/ADKAR methodology (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Not source-supported.
4. Enterprise technology adoption (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct cloud and AI adoption programs.
5. Appropriate level (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Targets 3-6+ years and is materially down-level.
6. Compensation maximum at least $200,000 (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — Maximum is $186,358.

## Keyword diagnostic

Good AI-adoption and enterprise-change adjacency, rejected by compensation and level/function mismatch.
