## Direct-match strengths

Enterprise technology strategy, data and AI, governance, cloud platforms, vendor coordination, budgets, organizational leadership, and responsible AI.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard compensation conflict: the $190,000 range maximum is below Keith's $200,000 threshold. The role also requires broad direct ownership of cybersecurity, IT operations, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Power BI, fundraising/advocacy platforms, incident response, backups, and disaster recovery beyond Keith's demonstrated executive scope; travel is unquantified.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise AI and data strategy — direct across IDW, TriMark, MassMutual, NorthBay, and AWS.
2. Technology roadmaps and executive advisory — direct.
3. Data governance, privacy, and risk controls — direct MassMutual evidence.
4. Budgets, vendors, and multidisciplinary leadership — partial/direct evidence across leadership roles.
5. Full IT operations, cybersecurity operations, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Power BI, and fundraising-platform ownership — unsupported at the required breadth.
6. Compensation and unquantified travel — hard standing-policy conflicts.

Demonstrated experience managing technology budgets, contracts, licensing, vendors, managed service providers, and implementation partners.
Experience evaluating, implementing, governing, and scaling AI-enabled solutions, with sound judgment regarding appropriate and responsible AI adoption.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate organizational needs into practical technology priorities, investments, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong executive presence, relationship-building ability, and influence without relying solely on formal authority.
Comfortable operating as a builder in a mission-driven, distributed, high-growth, and continuously evolving environment.
