Proven engineering leadership experience, ideally as a VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or similar leader within a health technology environment.
Strong experience building and scaling healthcare technology, with a deep understanding of HIPAA, security, privacy, and sensitive health data requirements.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business functions.
Experience with medical claims, prior authorization, or other complex healthcare data is strongly preferred.
Benefits
Competitive salary and stock option package.
Performance-based incentive compensation.
