## Direct-match strengths

['Strong AI-native delivery-transformation evidence', 'Executive technical advisory and cloud/software architecture depth']

## Hard or material gaps

['Mandatory ownership of a $40M-plus annual P&L is unsupported', 'Role is centered on commercial growth, account expansion, business development, and negotiations', 'Compensation is undisclosed and fully remote status is ambiguous']

## Evidence map

1. No candidate source establishes ownership of a $40M-$50M revenue portfolio or comparable P&L.
2. NorthBay and AWS provide consulting exposure, but not large Fixed Price/T&M portfolio ownership.
3. IDW commercialization is much smaller than the required account-growth and commercial-governance scale.
4. Keith has led engineering teams and managers, but the required large delivery-organization scale is not demonstrated.
5. AssistX, AI coding adoption, and enterprise transformations strongly support AI-enabled delivery change.
6. AWS, enterprise architecture, and distributed systems strongly support technical advisory responsibilities.
7. Manager-of-managers and globally distributed collaboration evidence is source-supported.
8. Travel must be clarified against the five-percent ceiling if the other hard gaps are overridden.
