For our client, we are seeking a AI Business Automation Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will drive cross-functional automation and project initiatives that improve operational efficiency and system performance across healthcare workflows. The position will partner closely with business owners and stakeholders to translate needs into practical AI-enabled solutions. The right candidate will manage implementation details, governance, and stakeholder alignment while helping shape smarter processes for eligibility, reconciliation, and related operations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $109,240 – $144,197 annually
Responsibilities
Drive projects through successful implementation within health plan services
Lead initiatives to improve systems and technologies for eligibility and reconciliation
Design and deploy AI agents and automation workflows
Partner with business owners to translate requirements into automation opportunities
Document project logic for future maintenance and governance
Track project status and manage team resources effectively
Develop relationships with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; master's degree preferred
PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in a project management role, ideally in healthcare systems
Previous experience in a regulated healthcare environment required
