## Direct-match strengths

Cloud, data, and AI transformation; executive advisory; adoption enablement; governance; stakeholder mapping; matrix influence; communications; change leadership; and measurable platform delivery.

## Hard or material gaps

Material functional-depth and overqualification risks: Keith has led adoption and organizational change within technology transformations, but does not document seven years in a dedicated change-management function or ownership of a global communications/change-champion program. The end employer is also unidentified.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise change-management strategy (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Led change, adoption, training, governance, and operating-model work within major transformations.
2. 7+ years change management or related work (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Long related transformation leadership, but not seven years under a dedicated change-management remit.
3. Cloud, data, and AI transformation (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct AWS, enterprise data, AI, governance, and production-platform transformation.
4. Executive communication and trusted advising (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Advised more than 200 enterprises and regularly influenced VP/C-level stakeholders.
5. Influence across matrixed organizations (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct cross-functional influence across product, engineering, architecture, SRE, governance, and business teams.
6. Global communications and Change Champions (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Created global technical communities and enablement, but no formal enterprise Change Champion network is documented.
7. Platform adoption and behavioral change (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Direct enablement, adoption, training, and workflow change; marketplace-specific ownership is not documented.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong cloud/data/AI transformation, governance, executive influence, adoption, and stakeholder alignment; dedicated organizational-change tenure and global communications ownership are only partially matched.
