For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will lead a hands-on engineering function focused on applying AI to improve how technology solutions are designed, delivered, and operated. The manager will guide technical direction, support team development, and help translate business priorities into scalable AI-enabled engineering outcomes. This position also requires strong cross-functional partnership to align architecture, delivery, and operational rigor with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
