## Captured JD

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director Account Technology Director to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $275,000 annually

 Responsibilities

 Own and develop the technology, data, analytics, and BI strategy into an actionable roadmap
 Lead operations and governance for technology and data, ensuring measurable efficiency improvements
 Drive a portfolio of multi-year transformation initiatives aligned with client and JLL goals
 Identify opportunities in automation, AI, and digital transformation for enhanced client value
 Oversee a comprehensive data-platform modernization project, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
 Craft executive business cases that enhance client outcomes while optimizing JLL's position
 Build and nurture a high-performing, future-ready team aligned with strategic priorities

 Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
 10+ years leading a technology, data, or transformation function with accountability for outcomes
 Demonstrated experience in enterprise change management, building teams and delivering results
 Background in corporate real estate or technology services with hands-on delivery experience
 Proven ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and deliver measurable business impact
 Experience in modernizing enterprise data platforms, especially in regulated environments such as financial services
