For our client, we are seeking a IT Principal Technical Lead, AI & Automation to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will shape enterprise AI strategy and governance, with a focus on practical automation that improves how business processes and systems operate. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leaders across the organization to identify where AI can create the most value and help move those opportunities from concept into production. This position requires a strong blend of technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to build standards and frameworks in areas where they do not yet exist.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $155,900 – $204,645 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and implement enterprise AI strategies and governance frameworks
