## Direct-match strengths

AI agent platform architecture, production LLM systems, orchestration, context and memory, evaluation and feedback loops, observability, resilience, responsible deployment, 0-to-1 creation, scaling, product and infrastructure partnership, customer outcomes, team leadership, and AI-assisted engineering with Codex.

## Hard or material gaps

The end employer is unidentified. The posting does not disclose the exact agent framework, context-management stack, or operating scale, which should be confirmed; the central mandate otherwise closely matches Keith's current work.

## Evidence map

1. Set AI-agent platform architecture and roadmap (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Architected and built the AssistX agent platform and roadmap.
2. Production LLM and agent systems (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — 70+ production automations across 20+ workflows with 99.9% availability.
3. Orchestration, context, tools, and memory (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct agents, MCP, RAG, tools, memory, and workflow orchestration.
4. Evaluation and feedback infrastructure (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct evaluation, LLM-as-judge, guardrails, monitoring, and feedback loops.
5. Scale and reliability (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct distributed systems, observability, releases, incidents, and cost controls.
6. 0-to-1 and growth (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Built the core and first 80% of the initial application hands-on, then scaled the team.
7. Lead and grow engineering teams (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Recruited and led 11 engineers and larger prior organizations.
8. Modern AI coding tools (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct Codex and AI-assisted engineering adoption.
9. Verified end employer (weight 1, evidence 0/3) — Unidentified; retained under the 80%+ exception.

## Keyword diagnostic

Exceptional match across agent-platform architecture, production orchestration, evaluation, reliability, responsible deployment, 0-to-1 building, scaling, teams, and Codex-enabled engineering.
