## Direct-match strengths

Enterprise data and analytics leadership, AI-enabled analytics, BI, executive advising, portfolio prioritization, governance, QA automation, DevOps, healthcare technology, cross-functional teams, and board/C-suite communication.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard required-depth gaps: the role requires deep Azure cloud architecture, Azure DevOps, Azure AI/OpenAI, .NET/serverless, Visual Studio/GitHub Copilot, Pega/Salesforce/Sitecore low-code platforms, managed-care government programs, Medicare/Medicaid operations and compliance, and Trizetto QNXT. Keith has strong healthcare, AI, AWS/data, and governance evidence, but not these mandatory platform and payer-domain depths.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise data, analytics, and AI portfolio leadership (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct enterprise data/AI platform and analytics leadership.
2. Executive and board/C-suite influence (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct executive advisory and stakeholder leadership.
3. Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure AI/OpenAI, .NET/serverless (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — AWS/GCP-led; required Microsoft platform depth is unsupported.
4. Low-code platforms Pega, Salesforce, Sitecore (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Not source-supported at expert level.
5. Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, managed-care operations (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Healthcare technology is direct; payer operations depth is not.
6. Trizetto QNXT and enterprise healthcare systems (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — QNXT is not documented.
7. QA automation and DevOps at scale (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct quality, CI/CD, release, and operations evidence.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong enterprise analytics, AI, governance, and healthcare-leadership overlap, rejected by required Azure/.NET/low-code/QNXT and managed-care government-program depth.
