## Direct-match strengths

AI-native engineering, agentic development, enterprise AI adoption, developer tools and services, enablement roadmaps, complex products, team leadership, software quality, cross-organizational influence, and rapid learning.

## Hard or material gaps

Remote eligibility is not stated, so PASS uses the high-fit verification exception; an explicit Santa Clara on-site requirement would disqualify it. Keith has strong applied AI and agent-platform delivery but not NVIDIA GPU/hardware-product development depth, and his documented management tenure may be close to rather than clearly above the stated eight years.

## Evidence map

1. Develop enterprise AI enablement roadmap (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct AI strategy, adoption, and platform roadmaps.
2. Build state-of-the-art AI systems and agentic tools (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production agents, RAG, MCP, developer tooling, and evaluation.
3. Accelerate software-development productivity (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct Codex mentoring and AI-assisted engineering outcomes.
4. Lead highly complex products and teams (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Built commercial platforms and engineering organizations.
5. Deep AI industry insight (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Long applied-ML history and current GenAI platform leadership.
6. Eight-plus years management (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Substantial management experience; exact cumulative threshold needs confirmation.
7. GPU and hardware-development enablement (weight 2, evidence 1/3) — AI platform experience is direct; GPU/hardware workflow depth is limited.
8. Verified eligible work model (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Santa Clara listing with no remote designation; retained under high-fit exception.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong AI-native development, agentic tooling, enterprise enablement, product, team, developer-productivity, and cross-organizational alignment, with work model and GPU/hardware depth as caveats.
