We are looking for a seasoned VP of Engineering to lead and scale our global engineering organization, driving the technology vision and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI products.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals
Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams
Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms (LLMs, RAG, NLP, agentic systems)
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering
Lead hiring, mentoring, and leadership development across engineering teams
Drive innovation in AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure
Manage budgets, planning, and execution for engineering initiatives

15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
