## Role mandate

Define enterprise architecture for company-wide agentic AI adoption. Establish the Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC), platforms, security controls, reusable assets, observability, and cost governance across Product, Software, and Platform organizations in a regulated fintech environment.

## Responsibilities

- Define ADLC lifecycle policies, standards, reusable patterns, approval gates, and an enterprise roadmap.
- Architect and govern OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and alternatives, including secure model access, routing, identity, secrets, and data controls.
- Establish MCP and model gateways, execution environments, skill registries, integrations, observability, auditability, and disaster recovery.
- Set standards for agents, skills, workflows, orchestration, context, memory, tools, delegation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build MCP servers and certification registries.
- Define token budgets, quotas, chargeback, cost controls, forecasts, and ROI measures with Finance and Procurement.
- Establish an Agentic AI Center of Excellence, training, forums, communities, and certification.
- Govern prompt injection, data leakage, hallucination, autonomy, audit, rollback, and incident response.
- Measure adoption, productivity, quality, reliability, risk, and cost, and drive remediation.

## Qualifications

- Significant enterprise, solution, or platform architecture experience, including standards, governance, reviews, and roadmaps.
- Design and implementation of enterprise AI, GenAI, and agentic platforms.
- Knowledge of LLMs, orchestration, RAG, tool calling, context management, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP, or comparable platforms.
- IAM, API security, secrets, data protection, observability, cloud, CI/CD, and secure-delivery expertise.
- AI risk, model governance, privacy, and regulatory controls.
- Executive communication across technical, risk, and business stakeholders.

## Fit assessment

BORDERLINE — 86% weighted capability coverage.

Keith is an unusually strong capability match across enterprise architecture, Codex and agent workflows, MCP, GenAI platforms, RAG, orchestration, cloud, governance, regulated financial services, executive influence, and community-building. The blocking ambiguity is work model: first-party surfaces do not explicitly confirm remote work, while third-party sources do. Compensation is undisclosed but acceptable under the title-level rule because the role is explicitly a Chief Architect. Travel is undisclosed.

Other addressable gaps are limited evidence for GitHub Copilot/Claude Code specifically, formal token chargeback/FinOps ownership, and payments-domain experience. Keith's MassMutual experience supplies adjacent regulated financial-services credibility without claiming fintech experience.

No resume or cover letter was generated pending employer confirmation that the role is remote or otherwise acceptable under Keith's location criteria.

## Keyword diagnostic

Source-resume coverage: 18 of 20 significant concepts (90%). Weaker or absent exact wording: token chargeback, GitHub Copilot.
