We’re an applied AI company serving the nation’s builders, tackling one of the largest information challenges in the economy: understanding what can be built, where, and how . Our AI agent workforce helps the fastest-growing construction companies navigate everything from permitting and licensing to inspections and project closeouts – accelerating housing, clean-energy, and infrastructure development across the country. Despite being a $1.6T industry, construction still suffers from massive delays, wasted capital, and lost opportunity. PermitFlow has already delivered unprecedented speed, accuracy, and visibility to over $20B in development, helping contractors reduce compliance time, de-risk projects, and scale with confidence. As the U.S. enters a new capex supercycle across data centers, factories, housing, and renewables, joining PermitFlow means building the AI infrastructure at the core of every construction project driving the next wave of reindustrialization. We’ve raised over $90M, most recently completing our Series B, from top-tier investors including Accel, Kleiner Perkins , Initialized, Y Combinator, Felicis, and Altos Ventures, with backing from leaders at OpenAI, Google, Procore, ServiceTitan, Zillow, PlanGrid, and Uber. ## Direct-match strengths

Direct production agentic-AI, full-stack AWS, orchestration, startup, and platform-architecture match.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard NYC hybrid/relocation conflict; material down-level/overqualification risk; production eval-suite and inference-optimization evidence is limited.

## Evidence map

1. Production AI agents (w3/e3): AssistX shipped 70+ automations across 20+ workflows.
2. Multi-model/tool orchestration (w3/e3): LangGraph, LangChain, multi-agent systems, and multiple frontier/open models.
3. Backend APIs/data pipelines (w3/e3): Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL/PGVector, REST APIs, and AWS pipelines.
4. Frontend contribution (w2/e2): Streamlit, HTML/CSS, and full-stack AssistX; less modern JavaScript evidence.
5. Evals/benchmarks (w3/e1): Governance/evaluation knowledge, but AssistX eval framework was roadmap work.
6. Inference optimization (w2/e1): LLM cost controls and scalable AWS architecture, but little quantified inference optimization.
7. Platform architecture (w2/e3): Reusable multi-tenant AI platform built from concept through production.
8. Startup execution (w2/e3): Technical founder, 8-month launch, and recruited/led 11 engineers.
