## Direct-match strengths

Hands-on Python, agents, LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, PGVector, knowledge graphs, prompts, evaluation, guardrails, observability, Docker, CI/CD, and enterprise modernization.

## Hard or material gaps

Independent hard gates: the disclosed single base figure is below $200,000, and the posting requires strong .NET, TypeScript, C#, and ERP-schema experience that is not supported. The listing also shows 109 applicants and the score is below the >80 exception.

## Evidence map

1. Production agentic AI (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production agents, tools, and orchestration.
2. Python, RAG, vectors, and graphs (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct supported evidence.
3. Evaluation, guardrails, and observability (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct production controls.
4. .NET, TypeScript, and C# (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — Not source-supported.
5. ERP modernization (weight 2, evidence 1/3) — Enterprise modernization is direct; ERP coding schemas are not.
6. Compensation (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — Single disclosed figure is $185K.
7. Applicant count (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — 109 applicants; score does not qualify for exception.

## Keyword diagnostic

Excellent agentic-Python alignment cannot overcome compensation, required .NET/TypeScript/C# depth, and applicant-count gates.

Automate browser workflows using Playwright; contribute to generative UIs.
Ship via Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD; add tracing, logging, monitoring (Agent-Ops).
Collaborate with product, data, QA, and platform teams to deliver secure, auditable solutions.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience with autonomous agents, LLM chains, and AI-assisted development.
Strong coding in Python, .NET, TypeScript, SQL; familiarity with ERP schemas.
Reliability mindset: eval frameworks, guardrails, observability, and production SLOs.
Ability to translate domain logic into structured prompts, constraints, and testable specs.
5+ years of software engineering
2+ years of AI/LLM work
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base (starting at $185,000) plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development resources.
