## Direct-match strengths

Keith has direct and outcome-backed evidence in AI-native engineering practices, production agentic and GenAI systems, distributed engineering leadership, application and data modernization, API/cloud architecture, engineering standards, responsible-AI governance, executive advisory, hiring and talent development, and measurable delivery. His prior VP role, founder-level accountability, management of teams up to 24, and 25+ years of technical leadership align with the role's level.

## Hard or material gaps

No hard gap. The strongest caveat is that source evidence supports budget planning, funding, risk, vendor, cloud-cost, and operating accountability, but does not quantify enterprise-scale OpEx/CapEx ownership. Travel and applicant count are not disclosed.

## Evidence map

1. AI-assisted and agentic SDLC — 3/3, essential: More than half of AssistX code produced through AI-assisted engineering; production AI agents, guardrails, RAG, evaluation, and orchestration.
2. Enterprise application modernization — 3/3, essential: Modernized 11 legacy ERP data environments at TriMark; delivered cloud-native enterprise platforms at MassMutual and NorthBay.
3. AI-powered business solutions — 3/3, essential: Production GenAI platform with 70+ automations across 20+ workflows and measurable acceleration.
4. Engineering standards, architecture, and governance — 3/3, essential: Architecture and CI/CD standards, responsible-AI governance, security patterns, model oversight, and AWS field practices.
5. Engineering operating-model evolution — 3/3, essential: Built distributed teams and practices across IDW, NorthBay, SuccessKPI, AWS communities, and enterprise transformations.
6. Managers, staff, hiring, and distributed-team leadership — 3/3, essential: Direct leadership up to 24; documented manager-of-managers experience and distributed hiring/development.
7. Financial discipline and OpEx/CapEx — 2/3, essential: Budget planning, funding, vendor and cloud-cost accountability are direct; quantified enterprise OpEx/CapEx scale is not documented.
8. Executive partnership and business outcomes — 3/3, important: CEO-approved initiatives, C-level reporting, 200+ enterprise advisory engagements, 60x reporting improvement, and 90% workflow automation.
9. Technical tenure and education — 3/3, important: 25+ years in AI/software leadership and a Ph.D., exceeding the preferred degree requirement.

Weighted score: 64/69 = 92.8%, rounded to 93%.
