## Direct-match strengths

Enterprise AI, automation, cloud, data, process modernization, governance, portfolio management, business cases, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and measurable outcomes.

## Hard or material gaps

Material verification and scope gaps: no official company vacancy or current U.S. enterprise operation could be independently verified; public evidence describes a 1-10 person Slovenian jewelry company, while the JD describes a broad multinational transformation office. Remote eligibility is unverified. Direct ownership of digital customer journeys, process mining, supply-chain transformation, and enterprise-wide change management is also incomplete.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise transformation strategy (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct data, cloud, AI, and operating transformation.
2. AI, automation, and data modernization (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production systems and governance.
3. Digital customer experience (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Product/customer work exists; enterprise digital-journey ownership is limited.
4. Process mining and enterprise change management (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Process redesign is direct; named practice depth is limited.
5. Verified employer and role (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No independent official vacancy or matching enterprise scope found.
6. Verified eligible work model (weight 2, evidence 0/3) — Remote eligibility is not stated.

## Keyword diagnostic

Broad transformation overlap is outweighed by unverified role legitimacy/work model and missing end-to-end customer, process-mining, and enterprise change-office depth.
