## Direct-match strengths

Technology strategy, software engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud, data and AI, platform modernization, DevOps, governance, risk, product partnership, innovation, and organizational development.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard functional and scale gaps: the CTO owns global IT operations, networks, cybersecurity strategy, disaster recovery, enterprise service management, and a large global technology organization. Keith has strong cloud security, IAM, governance, platform operations, and teams up to 25, but not the full CIO/CISO-style operating remit or demonstrated large-scale global organization ownership. The posting also asks for 10+ years of senior technology leadership.

## Evidence map

1. Global technology strategy and engineering leadership (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Direct strategy and engineering leadership; global enterprise scope is smaller.
2. Software engineering and product development (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Decades of product, platform, and software delivery.
3. Enterprise architecture and cloud infrastructure (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct AWS, distributed systems, platform, and architecture ownership.
4. Cybersecurity strategy and enterprise risk (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Security/IAM/governance are direct; enterprise CISO ownership is unsupported.
5. IT operations, networks, service management, and DR (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Cloud operations are direct; full corporate IT/network/service-management scope is not.
6. Data, analytics, and AI strategy (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct enterprise data and AI strategy and delivery.
7. Large global technology organization (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Direct organizations reach 25; broader AWS groups were influence communities.
8. 10+ years senior technology leadership (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Long leadership career; ten years at the requested enterprise-executive scope is not explicit.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong strategy, engineering, cloud, data, AI, governance, and modernization coverage; full enterprise IT, cybersecurity, resilience, and large-global-organization ownership are decisive gaps.
