## Direct-match strengths

Enterprise-scale AI application architecture, LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, Python, PostgreSQL, regulated healthcare environments, governance, observability, reliability, cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, mentorship, and cross-functional leadership.

## Hard or material gaps

Keith's evidence is stronger in AWS than Azure, and Arize/Phoenix plus React/Next.js are not source-supported. The posting title is down-leveled relative to the AI Solutions Architect mandate, so the resume uses technical IC positioning.

## Evidence map

1. Enterprise AI application architecture (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production AI platform architecture.
2. LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct LLM, agents, MCP, RAG, and workflow evidence.
3. Python and PostgreSQL (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct hands-on evidence.
4. Regulated healthcare (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct healthcare/FDA/HIPAA experience.
5. Cloud platforms Azure and AWS (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — AWS is deep; Azure is not source-supported.
6. AI observability Arize/Phoenix (weight 2, evidence 1/3) — Observability is direct; named tools are unsupported.
7. React and Next.js (weight 1, evidence 0/3) — Not source-supported.
8. Remote compensation eligibility (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Remote and disclosed max exceeds $200K.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong enterprise AI architecture, healthcare, LLM/RAG/agents, Python, governance, cloud, and platform operations match; Azure, React/Next.js, and named observability tools are caveats.
