## Direct-match strengths

AI-native workflows, agentic systems, evaluation infrastructure, product strategy, cross-functional leadership, and operational process design.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard compensation gate: no pay is disclosed and the title is not Director/Senior Director/VP/Chief. Keith also has less direct evidence for 10+ years of dedicated product management, mortgage/lending workflows, and sales/service journey ownership.

## Evidence map

1. AI-directed workflow vision (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct agentic workflow/platform evidence.
2. Dedicated product management (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Formal PM tenure is limited, with broader founder/product ownership.
3. Evaluation infrastructure (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct evaluation, feedback, and guardrail practices.
4. Mortgage/lending sales/service strategy (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Financial-services adjacent, not mortgage/lending-specific.
5. Remote work (weight 1, evidence 3/3) — Remote is explicit.
6. Qualifying compensation disclosure (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No compensation and title is outside exception.

## Keyword diagnostic

AI workflow and product-platform overlap is real, but compensation/title and dedicated PM/domain gaps block generation.

About The Role
The Principal Product Manager, Directed Workflows at Zillow Home Loans (ZHL) plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-native service delivery systems. This role involves defining and executing a comprehensive vision for how sales and service processes are encoded as directed work, utilizing advanced AI agents that reason over customer situations, adapt dynamically, and determine the next best actions. You will be responsible for designing the AI harness—comprising context, tools, memory, orchestration, and guardrails—that guides agent behavior and decision-making. Additionally, you will develop and oversee evaluation infrastructure to measure decision quality, facilitate learning from operator feedback, and run experiments to optimize outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, AI, Design, Research, and Operations—to build scalable, reliable workflows that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and growth. As a leader, you will influence strategic direction across Zillow, aligning customer, agent, and operator experiences into a cohesive service ecosystem. This position is remote, allowing flexible work arrangements across the U.S., with competitive compensation and equity awards based on experience and location.
