## Role mission

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, lead enterprise AI enablement, employee experience, communications, communities, adoption programs, and change initiatives around AI.

## Key responsibilities

- Own AI-enablement programs and employee-experience strategy for rollout and adoption.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Privacy, Marketing, Communications, HR, Technology, and business functions.
- Manage internal AI communities, champions, forums, playbooks, FAQs, responsible-use kits, demos, and educational content.
- Identify and scale AI use cases; define and track adoption metrics.
- Support external AI marketing and thought leadership, storytelling, events, roadshows, and executive updates.

## Required qualifications

- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 years without a degree.
- Background in employee experience, enablement, change, communications, marketing, learning, transformation, technology adoption, or program leadership.
- Enterprise technology adoption in a regulated environment; AI, generative AI, and automation knowledge.
- Communications campaigns, employee communities, stakeholder management, executive storytelling, and adoption measurement.
- U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship.

## Preferred qualifications

- AI/data/digital-workplace adoption; external marketing, PR, or thought leadership.
- Financial-services or regulated-industry experience.
- Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, and Power BI.

## Fit assessment

- Decision: FAIL
- Weighted fit: 72%
- Exact-function match: Partial. Keith has substantial AI adoption, community, training, governance, and executive communication evidence, but his target is AI development leadership and this role's central mandate is organizational enablement and communications.
- Level match: Direct.
- Management-scope match: Direct/adjacent.
- Domain match: Direct regulated-industry evidence through MassMutual and enterprise customers.
- Technology match: Strong AI/GenAI foundation; Microsoft workplace stack is not demonstrated.
- Work model/compensation: Compensation passes; Hub proximity and in-person cadence should be clarified.
- Strongest differentiators: Built global AWS AI/ML and Big Data communities; produced 170+ enablement assets and trained 180+ architects. Led regulated AI governance at MassMutual.
- Top gaps: Central function is change enablement rather than AI engineering; substantial communications/marketing ownership; Microsoft workplace tooling not demonstrated.
- Hard-gap rationale: Functional mismatch with Keith's stated preference for AI development and against marketing/GTM-centered roles.
