2. About the Opportunity:
The
Senior Engineering Manager - Enablement
will lead efforts to optimize developer feedback loops, including continuous integration, testing, dependency management, and tooling, to accelerate and secure software delivery. This role involves pioneering AI-assisted engineering initiatives, measuring impact through developer productivity metrics, and driving organizational adoption of new workflows. The position is key to fostering innovation and efficiency within the engineering teams by guiding change management and supporting team growth and development.
