## Direct-match strengths

Cross-functional program leadership, ambiguity reduction, executive communication, AI-enabled workflow improvement, vendor coordination, change management, and disciplined delivery.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard compensation gate: pay is undisclosed and the title is not Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or Chief. The role also targets 3-10 years in consulting/BizOps/Chief-of-Staff work and is materially below Keith's recent executive engineering scope, creating overqualification risk.

## Evidence map

1. Cross-functional initiative leadership (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct enterprise transformation and program delivery.
2. Structured problem solving under ambiguity (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Repeated 0-to-1 and modernization leadership.
3. Consulting, BizOps, or Chief-of-Staff background (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Consulting and executive advising are direct; dedicated BizOps/Chief-of-Staff tenure is not.
4. AI-powered project execution (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct AI workflow and automation delivery.
5. Appropriate level and scope (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — Role targets 3-10 years and is materially below recent scope.
6. Qualifying compensation disclosure (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — No compensation disclosed and title is outside the leadership exception.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong strategy-execution and ambiguity-management adjacency, rejected by the compensation gate and material down-level/overqualification risk.
