## Direct-match strengths

AI-assisted operations, AWS cloud platforms, data operations, DevOps, cybersecurity, SaaS production systems, automation, infrastructure as code, observability, budgets, executive communication, modernization, metrics, and post-acquisition data integration.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard central-scope gaps: the role requires 15 years managing technology operations across DevOps, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity; heterogeneous on-premise, hosted, and cloud hardware/software; hosting operations; and migrations involving AWS, Azure, and GCP. Keith's strongest direct record is AWS-based software, AI, and data-platform leadership, not enterprise-wide multi-cloud/on-prem hosting operations. Azure is unsupported, and vendor-contract and global technology-operations scope are less direct.

## Evidence map

1. 15 years managing broad technology operations (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Long technical leadership, but less direct enterprise-wide operations tenure across all required disciplines.
2. AI adoption for operational efficiency (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct AI platform, automation, workflow, and operational use.
3. Heterogeneous on-premise, hosted, and cloud environments (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Cloud and software systems are direct; enterprise on-prem hosting depth is limited.
4. Large-scale SaaS hosting operations (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Direct SaaS production ownership, though not equivalent hosting-operations scale.
5. Cloud migrations involving AWS, Azure, and GCP (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Deep AWS and limited Google-cloud exposure; Azure is unsupported.
6. Cybersecurity, data, DevOps, and infrastructure operations (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Direct cross-disciplinary work, but not full enterprise operational ownership at this scale.
7. Large, diverse global-team leadership (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Direct teams up to 24 and global communities totaling 180+; comparable direct global org scale is less clear.
8. Vendor relationships and contract negotiation (weight 2, evidence 1/3) — Budget and vendor work are adjacent; negotiation depth is not strongly documented.
9. Modernization, operational metrics, cost, and reliability (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct modernization, metrics, automation, reliability, and cost controls.
10. Acquisition diligence and integration (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Post-acquisition integration across 11 businesses is direct; pre-close diligence is less direct.
11. Networks, operating systems, databases, and user support (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Linux, databases, cloud, security, and systems administration are direct; network/support breadth is less direct.

## Keyword diagnostic

Substantial AWS, AI, data, security, and modernization overlap, but the role's core multi-cloud, on-prem, hosting, and broad technology-operations tenure is not established.
