Role Description The Chief Data Officer (CDO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for establishing and leading the overall data strategy at The Designers Den. The CDO will define and implement data governance frameworks, set data standards, and ensure data quality across all business functions, including design, marketing, sales, and project delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing data management processes, designing data architecture and policies, and leading data collection, integration, and storage initiatives. This role also includes building and mentoring a data-focused culture, enabling teams to use data ethically, securely, and effectively.
 Qualifications 
 Strong data governance expertise, including experience defining data policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
 Proficiency in data management and data quality practices, such as data modeling, integration, cleansing, and validation.
 Advanced analytical skills and experience with data science methodologies, tools, and techniques for generating actionable insights.
 Proven leadership in developing and executing data strategies, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and business teams.
 Experience with business intelligence platforms, data warehousing, and reporting tools in a fast-paced, digital or creative services environment.
