## Direct-match strengths

Operating models, governance, process optimization, enterprise architecture, executive collaboration, metrics, and technology-enabled transformation.

## Hard or material gaps

Hard function mismatch: the central mandate is business architecture for multi-market e-commerce, customer experience, marketing, operations, and finance—not AI or engineering leadership. Required deep business-capability mapping and e-commerce/retail operating-model experience are not established in Keith's record.

## Evidence map

1. Business capability maps and operating models (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Technical operating models are direct; formal business-architecture depth is limited.
2. E-commerce/retail process design (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — Not source-supported.
3. Customer experience, marketing, operations, finance (weight 3, evidence 1/3) — Cross-functional work exists; central ownership is not direct.
4. Enterprise transformation (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct strategy and transformation leadership.
5. AI/engineering centrality (weight 3, evidence 0/3) — AI and engineering are not the role's central mandate.
6. Remote/title eligibility (weight 1, evidence 3/3) — Remote and Chief title qualify for missing-compensation review.

## Keyword diagnostic

Transferable transformation and governance strengths do not make this non-AI business-architecture role a fit.
