## Direct-match strengths

Hands-on production AI applications, LLMs, agents, agentic workflows, Python, APIs, data pipelines, AWS, evaluation, CI/CD, observability, security, mentoring, React, and AI-assisted development.

## Hard or material gaps

Material overqualification risk: the $200,000 ceiling and individual-contributor Architect scope sit below Keith's recent founder/VP/Director scope. Azure, C#, Snowflake, and TypeScript are optional; they are not claimed. Exact compensation would need to land at the top of the range.

## Evidence map

1. Production AI application architecture (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Built and operates the production AssistX platform.
2. LLMs, agents, and agentic workflows (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct hands-on LLM, RAG, agent, tool, and orchestration implementation.
3. Python, APIs, pipelines, and cloud-native systems (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct Python, FastAPI, REST, AWS, distributed-system, and data-pipeline evidence.
4. Testing, evaluation, deployment, and operations (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct AI evaluation, CI/CD, security, observability, and 99.9% uptime evidence.
5. Technical leadership and mentoring (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Led teams up to 25 and mentored engineers in architecture and AI-assisted development.
6. AI-assisted engineering (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — More than half of AssistX was built with code-generation tools including Codex.
7. Azure/C#/Snowflake/TypeScript (weight 1, evidence 1/3) — Optional technologies; React and Snowflake are supported, but the other named tools are not claimed.
8. Level and compensation (weight 3, evidence 2/3) — Technically strong, but scope and ceiling create material overqualification risk.

## Keyword diagnostic

Strong direct coverage of the central production-AI mandate; optional Microsoft-stack terms are deliberately excluded.
