Responsibilities
Define and lead the AI roadmap for Utility, including both client-facing solutions and internal innovation
Work closely with product and engineering leads to design, prototype, and deploy AI systems that enhance product functionality and deliver measurable value
Oversee research into emerging AI models, frameworks, and best practices, translating new capabilities into actionable product opportunities
Collaborate with business development and client strategy teams to identify and scope AI-driven opportunities, and articulate a clear value proposition for our clients
Build and mentor a team of AI engineers, researchers, and applied data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning
Develop and enforce best practices for AI ethics, responsible deployment, and transparency in our work
Represent Utility externally as a thought leader in AI through speaking engagements, articles, and client advisory sessions
Skills
Proven experience leading AI initiatives in a product, research, or consultancy environment
