## Direct-match strengths

Forward-deployed AI portfolio leadership, business-use-case discovery and KPI definition, concept-to-production delivery, team coaching, capacity planning, reusable accelerators, production LLM/RAG/automation, full-stack systems, data platforms, APIs, integration, governance, security, and regulated healthcare/financial-services experience.

## Hard or material gaps

Material overqualification/down-level risk: LinkedIn labels this a mid-senior Manager role, while Keith's recent scope includes Senior Director, VP, and founder leadership. Azure is preferred, not required; Keith's deep cloud experience is AWS-led. The current repost omits compensation, although WorkTrust's equivalent prior listing reported $190,000-$225,000 base.

## Evidence map

4. Lead and develop forward-deployed engineers (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Recruited, coached, and led technical teams of 11 at IDW and SuccessKPI, plus larger earlier organizations.
5. AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and automation (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct production LLM, RAG, agent, evaluation, and workflow-automation implementation.
6. Full-stack engineering, data platforms, APIs, and integrations (weight 3, evidence 3/3) — Direct full-stack SaaS, Python/FastAPI, APIs, data lakes, pipelines, and distributed integration.
7. Cloud, containers, and infrastructure as code (weight 2, evidence 2/3) — Deep AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CDK; Azure is preferred and is not claimed.
8. Regulated healthcare or financial services (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct MassMutual insurance/governance, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and FDA-cleared healthcare technology.
9. Governance, security, and compliance (weight 2, evidence 3/3) — Direct responsible-AI, privacy, security, observability, and compliance delivery.
