We are seeking an experienced
Practice Lead
to
deliver next-generation, agentic, customer-centric solutions within the
Excess & Surplus (E&S) Lines
domain. The role sits within the delivery organization with dual responsibilities: strengthening the solutions organization, and partnering with the transformation office to translate customer problem statements into deployable agentic solutions, in close collaboration with wholesale carriers, MGAs/MGUs, and E&S stakeholders.
This role demands a hybrid functionality - part process architect, part business strategist, part technologist - who can transform and reimage how AI capabilities will impact wholesale carriers, MGAs/MGUs, and E&S stakeholders.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Excess & Surplus (E&S) Lines domain, including wholesale distribution, MGA/MGU operations, non-admitted carrier compliance, and complex/non-standard risk underwriting across Property, Casualty, and Specialty lines.
15+ years of experience as a process architect, redesigning processes for automation and now for agentic orchestration.
