 Stephen Gerber

Life at Zeta is one of constant evolution that’s driven in part by the industry in which we play, but it’s primarily driven by the company that we aspire to be. Values are what you believe but virtues are what you do.

 Candice Chafey

 Chief People Officer

Our virtues represent the qualities we want in a person and our peoples are essentially what make us what we are. If our people are aligned with those virtues, we’ll be more successful as an organization.

 Ana Hirani

 Senior Analyst

Zeta is a great place to work because of the people. The people make it a very contagious environment to work in. They’re passionate and always goal-driven. It’s a very collaborative environment…It’s a place I really want to get out of bed and come to.

 Ana Hirani

 Senior Analyst

Zeta has supported by career development in many ways. The first mantra that I go by and it truly describes how I’ve progressed from being an intern to now being a full-time employee to taking on additional responsibilities is build fast, fail fast, and learn faster. I think this truly describes how I’ve been treading so far in my career growth and also having an abundance of mentorship opportunities.

 Jennifer Westerfield

 Director, Client Success

Zeta has allowed me to grow my career by recognizing my talent and allowing me to be in a position where I’m able to use my knowledge to help grow other people’s careers and to manage and help them develop.

 Jennifer Westerfield

 Director, Client Success

I love working at Zeta because of the people. I know that can be cliche, but we have an extremely hardworking and talented pool of employees here. And the people are really kind and willing to work together and collaborate.

 Jennifer Westerfield

 Director, Client Success

Zeta really values its employees of all backgrounds. They’ve done a phenomenal job al allowing us to form Employee Resource Groups where people from underrepresented groups are able to form a community and are able to communicate throughout the company with our history, our background, our culture, and to really have a voice here at Zeta.

 Roman Gun

 VP, Product

The reason that Zeta is a great place for tech and AI professionals is because one, the vast breadth of what we’re solving for, and the fact that you can collaborate with people in any part of the organization.

 Roman Gun

 VP, Product

Zeta empowers people by giving you the resources you need, whether that’s competitive intelligence, whether that’s spinning up a new pod, whether that’s facilitating activities for you to get ahead with the technologies that are available today. So, for instance, we have a companywide hackathon coming that focuses just on agents and agents workflows to help people understand these tools and how they can solve their problems, and to showcase the ideas that people have. We even have a group of people called the Brainiacs that help people adopt these tools.

 Roman Gun

 VP, Product

What excites me most about Zeta’s AI and innovation culture is that you’re constantly getting to collaborate with people. And because we iterate so rapidly, every new collaboration, every new product that people release, creates a new baseline for you to then build on top of. We’re constantly iterating and building on top of the latest and greatest so it allows us to keep pushing boundaries in a really rapid succession while gathering customer feedback. It allows us to solve problems in a really meaningful, customer-centric way.
